What is Mallard ADPi?
Mallard Ball is a historical event for all ADPi chapters across the country, where sisters and their dates dress up in duck hunting gear (or even as ducks) and spend the evening in the woods. Back when ADPi was first founded, sisters and their dates would actually hunt for ducks during the party.
Why does ADPI say Boom Boom?
Leaving home at 16 to attend the first college in the world to grant degrees to women just wasn’t enough for her. On these ribbons, the women had placed the clasped hands of friendship and their carefully chosen motto, “We Live for Each Other.” And, boom (boom), the first symbols of the society were born!
What is ADPI jewel degree?
Jewel Degree is a beautiful ceremony established in 1915 as an alumna degree to complete our Alpha Delta Pi ritual. It expresses the Alpha Delta Pi ideal of service to humanity. It is conferred upon graduating seniors or initiated members who have assumed alumna status.
